Ritz Condos, Atlantic City, New Jersey: Designed central chiller installation and cooling tower system, heat pump cooling tower for annex and auxiliary high efficiency pool heating system for energy savings and comfort.

Ihilani Hotel, Oahu Hawaii: Solved dispute between Contractor, original Mechanical Engineer and the Owner.  The specified chilled water control valve was not rated for the necessary design conditions, after this was replace the Hotel functioned very well.

Installed and monitored Energy Management system with very "high end features".  Provided energy savings and 10 year finance impact proforma on this system.

Kaahumanu Mall, Maui, Hawaii: Design of strip mall store, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing and food handling facilities.

E.I. DuPont Company, Central Research, Wilmington, Delaware: Automated controls for chemical production plant manufacturing processes.  Designing very high pressure systems to function safely under extreme and failure operating conditions.  Provided design and energy analysis for a wide variety of extreme conditions used in the manufacture of DuPont Products.

Sheraton Waikiki, Honolulu, Hawaii: Verified current operating design loads and evaluated different designs feasiblities.
